      I'm guessing that they don't hang out on tribe.net?
      
      I googled iatse, and came up with this tribe, amongst other things.
      Anyway, I'm not in the industry yet, but am looking to get there. Problem is, if I want to get a job I need to be in a union, and to be in a union I need to get my residency.
      
      Problem.
      
      So on Tuesday I'm off to (a) talk to Immigration, (b) volunteer for movie jobs.
      
      Let me know if you know anything that would help.

  If you hang out at Starbucks, on the north shore, by the studio you will see lots of people in the industry

      whenever you see a unit shooting on location, Ask locations to escort you to craft service so you can make a hot choclate to take to the head of your dept on that location, and deliver it yourself. "Get in thier face" If your to scared to do that, you don't want to work in the industry.
